You can reset your password if you forget it in order to access the platform.
If you are looking to change or update your password and you are already logged in to the platform, please read the "Change Password" article.
Reset Password
From the authentication page (the screen you using to log in to the platform), click on Forgot your password? button.
Then type your email address that has been registered on BidGemmer and click Reset Password.
You should check your email inbox for the "Password Reset" email. If you don’t get an email:
- Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders.
- Add noreply@bidgemmer.com to your address book.
- Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up or sign in to your account.
Once you opened the email, click RESET PASSWORD link.
The link will direct you to reset password page with a form you have to complete in order to set your new password:
- New password MUST be different than your current password
- New password MUST be at least 8 characters long
- New password MUST contain letters, numbers, and symbols
- New password MUST be strong enough (not commonly used passwords like "abc123")
- Read the "Create a strong password" article to understand the full requirements.
Type your new password twice in order to confirm your new password.
Finally, once you have entered a strong password click Reset Password in order to update your password. This action will send an email notification to your email address in order to remind you that you have changed your password.
Use your email address and your new password to log in to the platform.
