Account Rank

The platform provides you with the option to rank your customer accounts using your own business logic.

Unlike account performance, the Rank is a value you can set and modify by yourself and it is NOT visible to your customers by default (see section "Show rank to customers").

You can change the rank for a customer at any time depending on your preferences.

The platform provides 5 rank values for your customers:

• Bronze - a very low rank
• Silver - a low rank
• Gold - a standard rank
• Platinum - a high rank
• Gem - a very high rank
  
  

All accounts are defaulted to have a rank value of Gold.

Show rank to customers

The platform defaults to NOT share the rank with your customers - this is by default private information of your company and is not visible to any customer.

However, in case you want to share this information with your customers, you can enable this option in your platform configuration.

Go to your platform configuration by clicking the "Configuration" link in the main menu on the left. Then click on "Accounts" in the configuration menu, then toggle ON the option called "Account Rank Visibility".

Please note that you can toggle this option back to OFF at any time in case you want to hide the rank from your customers.
